Pairings are out for the 2018 Club Championship, in two groups as usual. All participants should have the contact details for their opponents, so please arrange to play the games in round order.

Bangkok Chess Club is delighted to announce that the 18th Bangkok Chess Club Open Chess Championships will return to the Regent Cha-am Beach Resort. The dates are 13–21 April, 2018.
Taking place three days after the completion of the Asian Youth Championship in Chiang Mai, the 18th BCC Open is expected to be the biggest and best ever!
This Friday, 1st December, we are holding a FIDE rated blitz tournament at our regular club meeting, graced with the presence of none other than broadcaster and former BCC Open Champion, chess24’s Jan Gustafsson. It will be a 9-round Swiss system. Be there to defy the GM’s “I will beat you all” claim!

3. Time Control and Format
Swiss System; FIDE-rated and titled; Rate of play will be 90 minutes for the whole game with 30 seconds increment for every move starting from the first move. Zero-Start shall be applied.
